People think a soul mate is your perfect fit, and that's what everyone wants. But a true soul mate is a mirror, the person who shows you everything that is holding you back, the person who brings you to your own attention so you can change your life.
And vice versa!
ReplyDeleteYes, I think that's the premise of the quote. Both parties rise to the occasion, are fully present and alive for one another, and offer complete reciprocity. If that's not the case, there would be much disharmony and transformation would not be as possible.
